Make Your Commitment
Pray about your participation, choose a giving level, and complete a campaign commitment form. Submit your completed form to the church according to the instructions provided during service.

If a Freedom Forward designation is available, please select it; otherwise confirm the appropriate designation with the church. This website does not collect payment information or transmit pledge submissions.
